Crestwood Cabinetry is directing attention this fall to custom kitchen and bathroom cabinet projects that add storage in existing homes. The focus follows documented projects already featured on the company’s site. In one kitchen remodel, homeowners working with Crestwood Cabinetry replaced outdated cabinetry as part of a full kitchen update. In another residential job, cabinets were added to a downstairs living area and matched to cabinetry already in the home. A separate project involved new kitchen cabinets in a house more than 100 years old, with the design planned to honor the style and era of the property.
Those examples illustrate the same process the company uses on current kitchen and bathroom jobs. Clients take part from planning through installation. Designers review available space, plumbing locations, and how the room is used, then specify wood species, finishes, hardware, and details such as base shoes. The result is cabinetry built for the room rather than a standard layout.
Bathroom work is treated as a distinct project type, not an afterthought to kitchen remodeling. Compact powder rooms and larger bathrooms both require storage that fits limited wall space and existing fixtures. Crestwood Cabinetry designs vanities and related cabinetry around those constraints so items that often collect on counters have a planned place.
Cabinet refacing remains available when existing boxes are sound. The company replaces doors, drawer fronts, and hardware while leaving the original structure in place. Homeowners use this option when they want more organized storage and an updated look without a full tear-out.

The company also continues commercial work for churches, banks, nursing homes, and other organizations, including sales desks, back counters, and bars. The fall emphasis, however, is on residential kitchens and bathrooms, where added cabinetry is used to clear surfaces and put unused wall space to work.
Material choices stay within client budgets. Crestwood Cabinetry presents options in vintage, rustic, modern, and other styles and recommends paints and woods that fit the plan. Free estimates are part of the standard intake process and outline whether new construction or refacing is the more suitable path.
“Clients stay in the design process so the cabinets reflect both the look of the home and the storage they are missing,” Hinrichs said. “A downstairs addition that matches the original kitchen, or a bathroom vanity planned around existing plumbing, only works if those details are settled before manufacturing starts.”
Crestwood Cabinetry is not announcing a new product line. It is putting recent and representative kitchen and bathroom projects forward as examples of how custom cabinetry is being used in occupied homes this season.
