Even Super Heroes run on Dunkin’. Channing Tatum reprises his role as Gambit alongside H.E.R.B.I.E., the Fantastic Four’s robotic companion, in Dunkin’s new “MUNCHKIN Incursion” spot celebrating its new collaboration with Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Doomsday.”
The experience extends beyond the campaign with immersive restaurant transformations, a character-inspired menu and limited-edition collectibles.
Channing Tatum Returns as Gambit
Before facing an unprecedented threat, even Gambit needs a Dunkin’ run. To celebrate the nationwide launch, Dunkin’ is debuting “MUNCHKIN Incursion,” a new commercial featuring Channing Tatum reprising his role as Gambit alongside H.E.R.B.I.E., the Fantastic Four’s beloved robotic companion.
As the pair prepare for what lies ahead, Gambit reaches for an Iced Captain’ccino while H.E.R.B.I.E. arrives with Doomsday and Avenging MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats. But when worlds begin to collide, their routine doughnut break becomes anything but ordinary.
“Marvel fans have a deep connection to these characters and stories, and collaborating with Marvel Studios ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ has allowed us to bring that excitement into the everyday Dunkin’ experience,” said Jill Nelson, chief marketing officer at Dunkin’. “Whether guests are discovering the campaign, visiting one of our transformed restaurants or exploring the menu and collectibles, there’s a fun way for every fan to join the action.”
Four Cities. Four Worlds. One Epic Takeover.
Beginning Nov. 17, four Dunkin’ restaurants will transform into immersive destinations, each bringing a distinct corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to life:

The transformed locations will remain in place through early December, giving fans the opportunity to experience the worlds of Marvel’s heroes and villains during their next Dunkin’ visit.
“Marvel Studios’ ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ brings heroes from across three universes together as they face an unthinkable threat,” said Holly Frank, Vice President of Global Partnerships, Marvel Studios. “Dunkin’ plays on these high stakes in a fun spot with Gambit and Herbie and experiential activations that invite fans to engage with the film through unexpected moments both inside and beyond its restaurants.”
