Driven to continually push the boundaries of her field, she expanded her expertise through specialized training at Harvard Medical School (Wellness), Stanford School of Medicine (Addiction & Recovery), and Columbia University (Narrative Medicine), developing a rare, 360-degree perspective on human well-being.

Rather than staying within traditional clinical walls, Cindy took her insights directly into leadership and systemic architecture. As Clinical Director at New Paradigm Recovery, she designed groundbreaking, trauma-informed treatment models that dramatically elevated patient outcomes and organizational performance. Recognizing that individual well-being is inextricably tied to organizational health, she also stepped into executive boardrooms as Senior Advisor for the Leon H. Sullivan Foundation, coaching leadership teams on building cultures of resilience, engagement, and sustainable performance.

Today, Cindy sits at the leading edge of modern behavioral healthcare. As the founder of The Clinical Longevity Collaborative, she bridges the gap between emerging longevity science, neuromodulation, and clinical care. Simultaneously, she shapes the next generation of healthcare leaders as an educator and coach at the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences.
