Zocks, the privacy-first AI platform for financial services, today announced its new Advisor Intelligence plugin that packages seven Claude skills developed specifically for financial services workflows.
The prebuilt Claude skills reason across all the client information and context Zocks has captured from past meetings and conversations over time, including goals, concerns, life events, household dynamics, and more. The skills provide instructions for applying that data to specific advisor workflows, including custom analyses and generating client-ready deliverables, packaged together in a single installable plugin.
Once the Zocks Advisor Intelligence plugin is installed, advisors can type a single plain-language prompt in Claude that matches one of the seven skills, such as “what should I do next with this client” or “prep the annual review.” Claude then completes the full sequence of work in minutes.
With these insights and client-ready materials, advisors can more quickly deliver highly tailored advice, identify servicing gaps and opportunities, and ultimately increase organic growth. For enterprise firms, the plugin gives teams across the organization a standardized, easy way to leverage Claude and Zocks together without more operational work.
The Claude skills in the plugin include:
- Next Best Action: Names the highest-value opportunity for a household, with citations to the client meetings that support its reasoning. It also shows three alternative actions to explain why it ranked highest.
- Household Review Pack: Builds a household review packaged into four finished deliverables: a review summary, a client letter, a client presentation using the firm’s branding, and briefs for the client’s accountant and attorney.
- Client Journey: Assembles years of scattered details into one client-ready, fully cited document, including a relationship tree that flags beneficiaries the advisor has not yet met.
- Client Attrition Risk: Searches an advisor’s book for inactive households. The advisor gets a ranked call list with the reason why each client is at risk, and a suggested conversation opener that uses the client’s own words.
- Held-Away Radar: Pulls mentions of outside assets from recent client conversations, such as old 401(k)s, inheritances, or business sale proceeds. The advisor gets a ranked list that shows if and where the consolidation conversation stalled.
- Tax Opportunity Scan: Identifies current-year opportunities with deadlines and multi-year strategies, with details cited to the client meetings they came from. It can also generate a tailored hand-off letter to the client’s accountant.
- Client Behavioral Profile: Analyzes what motivates a household and who primarily makes financial decisions, and recommends how to approach the next conversation.
“Exceptional advising requires emotional intelligence, context, and detailed client information, but assembling all of that knowledge and acting on it takes time advisors rarely have,” said Jim Hardeman, Executive Vice President of Product at Zocks. “Our new skills for Claude give advisors that capacity back. They make deep analysis easy and repeatable, and turn human insight and years of client history into personalized materials in minutes.”
The Zocks Advisor Intelligence plugin sets up in a few clicks without any code or IT involvement required. Because it uses the Zocks connector for Claude built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), it can only access data an advisor already has permission to see in Zocks. The connection also is read-only, so Claude can view client information through Zocks MCP but cannot alter it, and access ends immediately upon disconnection.
